I was approached by the owner of The House of Gainz to assist with launching their new gym in Grantham on a very tight timescale. Within just a few weeks, I delivered a complete solution to get them operational. This included designing and deploying their website, implementing an initial membership system, and installing the necessary on-site hardware to ensure they were fully up and running by the end of the June 2025.
The launch proved highly successful, with the gym experiencing strong growth and an enthusiastic member base in its first few months. Following this early success, the owner, Jack, has since engaged me to design and build a fully bespoke membership system. This next phase will handle end-to-end member management, including automated payments, a dedicated member portal, and streamlined check-in tools to support the gym’s continued expansion.
This project highlights my ability to deliver under pressure, provide practical technical solutions, and support clients with scalable systems that evolve alongside their business needs.
